I first got into essential oils when my friend introduced me to them. I didn’t know what they were all about, but it was fun setting up my diffuser and picking out blends for the day. I remember I was at the grocery store and happened to walk by their bulletin board. There was a flier about an Essential Oils 101 class that was scheduled at our local library downtown. I didn’t get a chance to go, but I followed Sierra’s Facebook page. She invited me to a few events that I wasn’t able to attend. She reached out to me and we met up at one of our coffee shops. She told me about Young Living, her story, and why she loves the company. I was interested but I didn’t become a member or buy any product until a couple of years later. I have to say, I wish I had joined sooner!
My health and my family. I don’t know my family’s health history, so I feel like it is important me to stay healthy— Eat the right foods, exercise, and use nontoxic products. The only children that we have are two kittens and a puppy. I love that I can use my Young Living products without worrying that it would harm.
One of my main goals for Busy Being Tara is to educate my readers about living a healthier and fulfilling life. Of course, I understand that not everyone will agree with me, but that is okay. I am open to discussion 🙂 I care about everyone’s health (mental, physical and emotional well-being) even if we have not met in person! I am a Psychology major and I hope that everything that I learn I will be able to pass on to others. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions, concerns, or would just like to chat!
