Fluffy Jello Fiber One Dessert

I’ve seen different variations of this recipe for many years now and finally remembered to try it!

You can use either Whipped Topping or Cool Whip, whichever you prefer.

On WW, this is 2 personal points per servings for me. The fluffy texture and deliciousness will help curb my sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 container (8 oz) of Lite Cool Whip or Lite Whipped Topping
  • 1 box (1.4 oz) of Jello pudding mix
  • 2 Fiber One brownie bar – can probably omit or try something else

Directions:

Let the Cool Whip thaw a little… or if you cannot wait like me, put it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, Jello mix and one of the brownies.

Pour the mix back into the Cool Whip container and crumble the second brownie on top.

2 tablespoons per serving.

Fridge: You can keep it in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. It will start to mold when its going bad.

Freezer: Once it has been in the freezer for a bit, you can slice it like a pie!

Enjoy!
