My partner stayed home today so we got to have lunch together! This is pretty similar to my Quick & Easy Lunch: Chicken Wraps, but just as a sandwich lol.
We used Tyson’s Uncooked Panko Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins. I like how big these are. We have only bought these at Costco, so I am not sure where else you can find them.
There is a difference in cooking time between our old and new air fryer, so we cooked them according to the instructions:
400°F for 10 minutes, flipped them and cooked for an additional 7 minutes. Always check to make sure internal temp is at 165°F.
Ingredients:
- Romaine leaves
- 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese
- 1 slice of tomato
- Mayo
- Chick-Fil-A sauce
- Chicken tenderloin
- Hamburger bun
We both agreed this is going to be part of our menu rotation, it would make a great dinner idea too! It is pretty filling, but maybe next time we will air fry some sweet potato fries! 😋
