Weight Loss Motivation #1

I’ve been using myfitnesspal.com along with my ww.com plan. Although it can be a lot of effort to track my food and exercise, I’m finding it to be motivating as well.

On both apps you can make a post. I figured I’d like to make a post on MFP at least a couple of times a week. A little quote and some words to go with it. Either words of encouragement, reminders or my thoughts.

A little morning motivation and reminder.

Effort is…

๐ŸŒŸ having that treat and not thinking you blew it.

๐ŸŒŸ tracking even if you don’t like what you’ll see.

๐ŸŒŸ accepting you had a “bad” meal or day but keep at it as the day goes.

๐ŸŒŸ if you binge, you binge. this is hard work, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally! (dang hormones!)

๐ŸŒŸ reminding yourself every morning that “it is a new day.”

๐ŸŒŸ reminding yourself that you’re human and humans are far from perfect.
