Must Have Essential Oils!

Ever since I started using essential oils, I’ve been bringing them with me everywhere. I keep them in my school bag, purse, and luggage whenever I travel. I don’t always use them, but its nice to know they are near.

** Please be sure to speak with your doctor and do your research before ingesting oils. If diffusing, be sure that the room you are in has good ventilation. 1 drop of oil goes a long way.

DiGize is a combination of Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli.

I like to use this (topically) for when I have an upset stomach (nausea, bloating, vomiting, etc.). You can also add it to your beverage or put a few drops under your tongue.

Thieves is a combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary.

This oil is great for immune support. Add a drop to a spoonful of honey or add a drop to vegetable capsule and top with coconut oil. This oil is also great for cleaning! I add a few drops to diluted vinegar spray to clean my counter tops.

The only ingredient in Peppermint essential oil is Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil.

This oil is great for gastrointestinal system support: upset stomach, constipation, nausea, etc. Add it to your beverage or food to give it a little minty flavor.

The only ingredient in Lavender essential oil is Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil.

This is another oil that is great for immune support. It adds a floral flavor to food and beverages (goes well with herbs and citrus like flavors such as lemon). Diffuse before bed to promote relaxation and help you fall asleep, you can also make a pillow spray (great for traveling). Add it to a glass of water to promote a calm, peaceful feelings.

The ingredient in Lemon is Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil.

Lemon helps support immune and circulatory support, adds a fresh zesty flavor to food and beverages, and is great for cleaning (odors, counters, etc.)! Diffuse to wake up your senses.
