I feel like I did not sleep well. I am mentally bored right now and have the hiccups. I hate hiccups, they take forever to stop and gives me a headache every time I get them. Cat is annoyed about it. Me too, my darling, me too.
It is already half way through the semester. What??? How am I even passing my classes? I’m also doing an internship this semester. I’m a crisis counselor, as well as an I&R specialist. I get anxiety every time the phone rings. What if I mess up and make things worse for the caller? So far it hasn’t happened yet, I’m knocking on wood.
Other than school and my internship, I don’t do much. I text my best friend, watch Hulu and play Cooking Fever on my phone, lol. That game is addicting. My therapist says it’s because of the dopamine I receive when I successfully complete a level. I agree.
I have a bone spur on my left heel. My ankle/foot has been hurting for months and one morning I woke up with a bunion…!?!?!? Bought those bunion braces off Amazon and now I wear them while I sleep, lol. So attractive. Starting physical therapy in a week or so. My body feels so old.
Because of our crazy schedule, my boyfriend had the great idea of signing up with Hello Fresh. We had our third meal last night. It’s been fun having different things and so far everything has been delicious. It makes it easier on me because it’s one less thing I need to think about each day. Plus, boyfriend said we’ll be saving money – less groceries and eating out.
Oh, we got another cat. A black one… so now we have three black cats and one fawn corgi. I tell our pup he’s adopted, lol. New kitty is 4 months old. We saw a post about her on Nextdoor. I texted the gal and she said there was a lady ahead of us in line. Didn’t think we would get her because who would pass up a free, adorable kitten?
I’m sure the lady had good reasons, and we are happy to have her as part of our family. Well, maybe not our oldest cat, he hasn’t come home the last few days or so that’s what we think. He’s a midnight snacker, though and food was eaten the other night. Our 2nd oldest kitty tolerates her (first and second kitty were born 3-4 weeks apart lol). And well, pup is obsessed. He just wants to play all day. Understandable.
So Google says first day of winter is 12/21/21. Tomorrow we are supposed to get about 2 feet or so of snow in the mountains and 4-8 inches in the valley… Oh Montana, how I love thee. *rolls eyes*
