I’ve been using myfitnesspal.com along with my ww.com plan. Although it can be a lot of effort to track my food and exercise, I’m finding it to be motivating as well.
On both apps you can make a post. I figured I’d like to make a post on MFP at least a couple of times a week. A little quote and some words to go with it. Either words of encouragement, reminders or my thoughts.

🌟 having that treat and not thinking you blew it.
🌟 tracking even if you don’t like what you’ll see.
🌟 accepting you had a “bad” meal or day but keep at it as the day goes.
🌟 if you binge, you binge. this is hard work, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally! (dang hormones!)
🌟 reminding yourself every morning that “it is a new day.”
🌟 reminding yourself that you’re human and humans are far from perfect.
