Stove Top Chili

For the past two weeks, we’ve been planning on making lasagna for dinner. I’ve tried two times this week but ended up using the ingredients for something else.

Tonight it is -3°F so I decided I wanted chili and cornbread! I usually make it in the instant pot but wanted to use my Dutch oven tonight. I found Quick and Easy Chili Recipe by Bless This Mess.

I did a few things differently and it was delicious! I used:

  • 1 lb – Ground Turkey
  • 1 lb – Ground Mild Pork Sausage Roll
  • 1/2 – White Onion, large
  • 2 cans – Dark Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can – Pinto Beans
  • 1 can – Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes w/ 2 cups of Water
