Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp

A friend recommended Bang Bang Shrimp, and since she told us about it, we have been craving it all week! Our friend told us how she makes them and I also found this recipe by Air Fry Anytime.

What we did was take raw shrimp, cover it in flour, dip it in egg (beaten) and covered it in Panko breadcrumbs.

We put it in the air fryer for 400°F for about 6 minutes and flipped the shrimp halfway through.

We let the shrimp cool down, then mixed it in the sauce. The sauce is made of sriracha, sweet chili sauce, honey and mayo.

We served it over rice and it was sooo good! I think one of these days, I’d like to try this with chunks of chicken!

If you have leftovers, try to remember not to mix it in with the sauce or it may be soggy the next day. We reheated our extra shrimp in the air fryer and then made a new bowl of sauce. *chef’s kiss*
