Two Ingredient Dough Bagels

After you’ve made your dough and are ready to make bagels, you’ll need an egg and bagel seasonings of your choice.


Divide your dough into 4 sections. If you plan on making smaller bagels, you can divide it them into more smaller sections.

Then for each section, roll into a ball, flatten and then punch through the middle. I am not really good at this part. Some people use donut/bagel silicone pans. I have these but didn’t use it this time.


Once you’ve shaped your bagels, you’ll want to brush them with egg and then season them.


For this recipe we used Everything Bagel seasoning and Minced Onion seasoning.

Preheat your oven to 375°F and bake for about 25 minutes!
